Installation information

All of our work is insured and guaranteed. We will need your cooperation in acquiring permission from your apartment’s management for the installation of any of our wall partitions. This is standard procedure and usually involves no more than an insurance certificate, which is provided by our insurance broker at no additional cost to you.

Before the crew arrives

Our wall construction crews are skilled at building the partitions quickly and efficiently. Prior to our arrival you will need to clear a space of three feet on each side of the area designated for the installation. If the furniture cannot be moved by you, we can move it and return it to its original position for a service fee. We cannot, however, be responsible for any damage that may occur to your property while moving it.

Deposit, renewal and re-use

When we construct one of our room dividing walls we require a deposit. This guarantees to the landlord that we will remove your temporary wall at the termination of your lease. Should you decide to renew your apartment lease, you may continue to have the use of the partitions without further expense.

Since this system is re-usable, the partitions must be returned in good condition with no more than normal wear and tear. You may hang pictures within reason, but the system is not designed for heavy shelving or mirrors, and we ask that the partitions are not repainted.

Installation day

Installation on the same day as a move is not a good idea for anyone concerned. Everyone is sure to be in each other’s way, wasting precious time and causing havoc with your schedule as well as ours. Moving is stressful enough. Take it one step at a time.
